FaithWorks Trainings provides American Heart Association (AHA) courses, the global gold standard for CPR, First Aid, and emergency cardiovascular care training. All certifications follow the most current AHA guidelines.

AHA eCard / Certificate Information
AHA certificates (eCards) are delivered electronically from eCards@heart.org.
Employers may verify certification status at:

How to Claim Your eCard
1. Claim via Email
You will receive an email from eCards@heart.org with the subject line:
“Your AHA eCard is Ready”
This email includes a link to claim your certification.
Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
You will be directed to the Student Profile page to confirm:
• First & Last Name
• Email
• Phone number (if using SMS)
• eCard Code
• Instructor Name
• Training Center information
If anything is incorrect, contact FaithWorks.
2. Claim via Text Message
If your mobile number is entered into the AHA system, you may text “eCard” to 51736 to claim/view your card.

Courses Not Listed on the Calendar
If your desired course is not listed on the schedule, contact FaithWorks.
Accommodations can be arranged when possible.
Pre‑Course Information
Registered students will receive pre‑course instructions within 24 hours of registration,
or the next business day if booked after hours.
This email includes:
• Course expectations
• What to bring
• Location details
• Required student materials
Mandatory Student Manuals / Workbooks
All students are required to have the appropriate AHA student manual or Heartsaver workbook for their course.
These materials must be brought to the skills session.

Skills‑Only Sessions

Skills sessions must be completed within 90 days of online completion.

Group Training & Discounts
FaithWorks offers on‑site CPR & First Aid training for organizations, schools, churches, and businesses.
Group Discount Structure
• 5 or more participants: 5% off the total booking
• 10 or more participants: 10% off the total booking
Group discounts apply to on‑site training only and do not apply to individual bookings.
Additional fees may apply for travel beyond the included mileage radius.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
FaithWorks requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• In‑person courses: 75% refund
• Online course components: 50% refund
• Satisfaction guarantee: 100% refund if unsatisfied and requested before receiving your eCard/certificate.
